This was a 40 second video edit showcasing notable chefs, including Matt Moran, discussing their TAFE NSW experience and the value of its courses. I reviewed extensive raw footage, selected key sound bites, colour corrected, enhanced audio and added music as well as lower thirds. The final piece condensed multiple interviews into a short, polished video designed to strengthen TAFE’s credibility within the hospitality industry.
